About The Miss High School America System Pageant
The Miss High School America Pageant organization is a scholarship pageant system, a pageant system that was available to every girl. Girls would not have to shy away from the pageant due to not having a talent or not wanting to wear a swimsuit on stage. The pageant system created the opportunity for any girl to participate regardless of whether she had prior pageant experience or was a beginner.
The Miss High School America Pageant was founded in 2009. The system was created for the purpose of having a scholarship. The pageant originated as Miss Arkansas High School in 2007. After two years, other states wanted to be involved, thus the national Miss High School America Pageant was established. In its first year, the pageant took place in Branson, Missouri and all 50 states plus District of Columbia were represented at the National Pageant.
After great success the pageant soon added two more divisions: Miss Collegiate America and Miss Junior High School America. This gave more young women the opportunity to compete in our scholarship program.
The original vision has flourished into a credible and astounding pageant system. Amanda Patterson, along with the Miss High School America Corporation and Board of Directors, has strived to grow the organization into a nationally recognized scholarship system.
